"Had a great time at Ox and the Fox trivia night! The small bites we got were nice and the drinks were pretty good too! I will say that by the end of the night it got LOUD and kinda hard to hear the people I was with but so it goes on eventful nights."
"Great wine and pizza!! We visited while we were in Napa for the day, and it was the perfect atmosphere for a quick afternoon bite to eat. Wish the pizza was a little bigger for the price - it was more of a flatbread (small bite-sized pieces, especially if you share it with someone) but still yummy!! Definitely recommend stopping by."
"Good beer and wine selections, but the place just feels like it's not quite done yet, or just lacks a cohesive theme other than "wood." It looks like it would be more sporty than it is; there's one TV up on the wall (but it wasn't on). There's also some hunting-y looking stuff, but only like 2-3 things in a rather large space. Lots of wood and corrugated metal. Just felt a little confusing. Overall the food was okay - we had quite a bit of it: Highlights: Deviled eggs (2x) potato fritters (2x) ribs (2x) - all were flavorful and tasty. Chips w/ the tuna tartare were also good. Prices are very reasonable and great for the area! Lowlights: Tuna tartare & burrata - both just seemed to lack any seasoning/flavor. Wasn't a big fan. The OX panini; the flavors were good here, but the brisket was kind of rubbery and chewy. Hard to bite through so the first bite of the sandwich just pulls the whole piece out. Staff was fairly attentive, but I think we had like 7 different servers."
"Ask for T. He’s the one who looks like The Rock. He’s such a great ‘tender and good conversation. Definitely try the Ox and the cheese place. The charcuterie board is also LEGIT. We stopped in one Sunday evening and the place was not super busy. We were able to learn the place is getting their liquor license any day - so they have beer and wine currently but will be fully stocked any day. I am so glad we found this location. 100% good eat and great service!!!"
"I stopped in here on a Thursday afternoon while walk through downtown Napa with my husband. We were able to get a seat pretty easily outside and our waiter came over quickly. I liked how they had a lot of small plates at reasonable prices and the food quality that we received. They also had a very large wine menu. The olives and spinach artichoke dip were good and the seating outside was pleasant. Our waiter checked in on us and was nice. Overall I'd recommend a stop in."
