I ad my wife on my line, and they said for new customers we offer 1000$ for your old phone, if in good condition, so we did that, and pay 340$ difference between phones, they said in 3 months promotion will start working, after 3 months went to Verizon to check my promotion, and they said Verizon gave us 200$ for the old phone, and those 340 that we paid was for screen protector and for phone case."
