Reviews
"Does anyone read chain fast food restaurant reviews? Well, in a nut shell, the fingers and sauce are tasty, the fries hot and fresh, the service was fast enough and the dining area is classic fast-food chain. We liked it and would return."
"If you like fried chicken strips this is the place for you. They serve one thing, fried chicken, and it is very tender and tasty and piping hot. Dip it in some ketchup or dipping sauce and it's very good along with the french fries that they provide. It can be a bit pricey, and they specialize in providing tailgate parties a bag full of chicken and it would be easy to spend $100 for that purpose. But if you want to make an impression and have some really good chicken this place has it. It is a very trendy spot, late night young people everywhere, open very late and many times past midnight. So if you have that hankering for some food at 11:30 at night find this place and you won't be sorry."
"Raising Cane's is a chicken tender spot in the heart of Oxnard placed in The Rose shopping center. If you like chicken, this place is definitely worth trying out. The chicken is moist on the inside, yet still has a nice Crispy breading on the outside. The fries are crinkle cut, which tends to be some of my favorite variety of fry bar none. The Texas toast is superb. Warm, toasted, with a nice pillowy soft center. The sauce has a certain taste to it. Not too spicy, nor tangy. Yet you can't help but use up every drop. In the beginning, this new location was hard to just get a place to sit. Time has worn on, and it's not nearly as packed as in its inception. You still should be careful coming late at night or weekends, you still may get quite the crowd since they are open so late. In my humble opinion, di yourself a favor, skip the cole slaw. Order another slice of toast, and probably order more sauce too. You won't regret that decision."
"For years now I have seen my friends post about going to a raising canes and how good the food is, how it's worth the drive, how great the bread is. I thought it was all hype, but today I can confirm as I finally went to one that it was all true. It was just so good. I decided to eat inside as I didn't want it to get soggy or cold by the time I got home. Best decision though, as the food was so fresh, with the soft tenders, fries, plus that bread, that the was the icing on the box combo I got. Definitely will come again, just wish it was closer to my area, but worth the drive if you're planning on shopping around the outlets or visiting Camarillo."
