"Okay so, I just want to update on this place since other reviews are about a year old and covid is still a thing. I had dropped my phone from a 4 story building and the screen protector and screen in my iPhone X were both broken and shattered. There was a blotchy black spot and the screen kept turning into a blinding rave. I checked in with apple, but they said they needed a whole day for the process. Needing my phone for work in a few hours, I needed something quick and efficient to get it fixed. I called ahead to see if iCenter was open, which they were and said they closed at 6pm. So, I had gone to the Westfield Center to see iCenter Phone Accessories on Sunday April 18, 2021. Ernesto had taken the time to gather some information like my name and given me a paper stub. He explained that no one else can pick up my phone unless they had this ticket. My screen would be replaced in 1 hour. Lo and behold, my screen was replaced in that time and Ernesto even asked me if I wanted a new screen protector. The repair cost about 149 bucks and the protector was about 40. Pricey needless to say, but I needed my phone for work in the following hour to come. Ernesto also explained I had a 6 month warranty so I can return and get a free replacement before then if the screen was acting up. As long as there were no cracks or damages to the new screen and the card I had used to pay did not change, all would be well. I was pleased and I am currently attending to my work with the repaired phone with no issues so far (knock on wood.) Thanks~"

"To be honoust. 1 star is even too much for this store. Don’t buy anything there. I travelled from overseas and unfortunateIy I forgot to pack my lighting to SD card reader for my iPad mini, so I can make backups of my photos from my camera. Therefore I was looking for a new cable during my holiday. I bought one at the Icenter at Westfield center (Nordstrom) thinking it was an original one as the price was $32,61. The seller was very friendly. Returned at my accommodation I wanted to make a backup from photos on my SD card, but the cable was not working and as my iPad did not recognise it all, I discovered that this was not an original apple cable. Unfortunately I discovered it too late, so I ran back to the store in the Westmall/Nordstrom shopping center for a refund (or change), but they were closed already and unfortunately we had an early flight the next day. I tried to call them several times, but I can reach nobody. So 32 dollars gone and lesson learned. Again: in my opinion this store cannot be trusted as they sell corrupt products and apparently don’t give a refund (that's what's mentioned on the receipt). So be warned everybody. Go to a store you can trust. It would be nice if the owner would contact me and give my money back or sent me an original Apple cable to my homecountry. Only then I will change/update this review."

"I was sold a portable phone charger that doesn't fit my phone. I tried to find the phone number for the pop-up store, but there is none. So I'm going back to the SF Westfield Center today in the hopes that I can find the guy who sold it to me and get the right charger. Very unprofessional of him not to be sure that it worked. I should have tried it out as well, but didn't. Lesson learned."
