"I was in Party City for inflating my own balloons and this employee named Erica kept using her phone while inflating the balloons and she would easily get distracted by other customers orders. When I nicely asked her to complete my order before using her phone, she got mad at me and started telling me to wait because she was checking the time on her phone, which was blatantly wrong because why would you check for the time when you’re in the middle of working with your customers? So I said I’m also waiting for my order to be complete so I can leave. She said “im also working right?” So I told her even I paid for this order, I’m not taking it for free.. and I’ve also been waiting for 2 hours instead of 45 minutes like you said.. and she started yelling at me and before I found out her name, I asked her what her name was and she said “I don’t have a name!” And right after that her other employee staff members called her by her name and told her to stop and this employee was telling her “the customer is always right!!” So then I said I got your name thank you! So she said “Jesus Christ!” Then I told her yes pray to god and right when we were leaving the store, she yelled out Allahu Akbar!! I just laughed at her and came out! Erica was really mean and rude and has no manners to behave with a customer. She should not be working if she’s not able to talk calmly and not able to focus on her job. I want her behavior to change for the future customers. Im never going into that location ever again!! My first and last time going at this location.! Really bad experience!"

"I’ve been here numerous times. Even though the customer service is horrible. I’ve been a repeat customer since they have things I like. The last visit here and purchase will be final. I do not like how they chose to greet some customers over others. Rude."
