"Went in for slacks and I was in a rush. I told the lady my size and it took her less than 10 seconds to find the perfect sized slacks. I was in there less than 5 minutes after trying them on and paying. Good quality suit pants to boot"

"Ordered a “slim fit suit”, “slim fit vest” and the black tuxedo shirt and first off...the suit as well as the vest were not slim fit and I had to have both tailored to fit me. The shirt was ordered in a small and the cuffs were not wide enough - the sleeves were also a bit short. I sent three separate emails to the company asking about a return and they never got back to me. They also forgot to send a tie that was included with the vest so just add that to the list. Finally I tracked down their phone number and after 2 days of repeatedly contacting them...finally somebody answered. They offered to send the missing tie and confirmed my email to send a return slip for the small shirt. Informed me to just reorder the shirt in a medium and it would fit in the sleeves and cuff. I received the tie a few days later and never received the return slip for the shirt. Went ahead and ordered the medium shirt and it came three days later which was awesome...except it was the wrong shirt. They sent a white shirt and I ordered a black shirt. This was even on the packing slip. Just tried calling again and of course nobody is answering. I will be finding a shirt elsewhere and will just have to live with the suit and vest that are being tailored. Hopefully at some point I can track somebody down and return the two shirts that I currently have...as well as the headache they have given me. Won’t purchase from Azar Man again."

"Ordered a jacket that didn't fit right. I spent weeks trying to get approved for a return. They also didn't provide me a shipping label, so I had to pay for the return shipping (contrary to what their website indicates). The jacket itself was OK. Too shiny. Also, I ordered a slim fit, and it had shoulder pads like a football uniform. There's plenty of other places to get suits for less. I would avoid this place at all costs."

"Started off as a nice buying experience and I really liked the tuxedo shirt I bought. However, the other shirt I got didn't fit and I wanted to return it. That's when the experience turned upside down. I tried contacting them about 20 times either by phone or through e-mail for about a month and I still haven't received any word back from them. They have good products at a reasonable price but the customer service is terrible so you better be 100% sure that it's the right size or you won't get your money back.."
