"Machines don’t work with chip and pin cards, cashier is extremely rude, like you have personally offended her. I would look outside a customer facing role, when you have no customer service skills."

"I went today 2/16 to claim some lottery tickets and scratchers and the cashier (a woman) were so rude and unprofessional. First, she said that maybe she hadn’t enough money, so she decides to go one by one. There were just replacements and free tickets. She told me to unfold the ticket, also one ticket wasn’t a winner and told me that there was the machine to check the tickets and just payed for the couple redeemed and give me all the unchecked tickets to me and said she was busy…. That’s her job, being busy attending customers. She is the cashier and the store is offering a service. Why is she working as a cashier??? First and last time at this NO-CONVENIENCE STORE"

"I like two of the clerks here, Drew and Joy. They were off when I went it recently. They’re always upbeat, positive and helpful. The others have a blank look on their faces (no smile, no greeting, no “thank you.”). 2-7-23: The lady I got today is always warm, friendly, inviting and hospitable. Love this muffin o bought too. "I went today 7/11 Karina the manager said the slurpy machine was not working there where like 8 and none of them where working they had a big sign on the outside and signs and every slushy machine I didn’t believe it so I tried them and they were working !! When I told her she was like no ma’am they don’t work!!! The pizza was burned I order pepperoni she gave me cheese she had the baddest attitude ever she charge me for the cup because I used It (to show her that the slushy machine was working) I got a book with coupons and she make me cut them the other 7-Eleven just take them like that!! She was rude and unprofessional… KARINA YOU ARE NOT A GOOD MANAGER IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT !!!!"
