"The look and feel of this place is cozy and easygoing. They have some smooth jazz playing, which is refreshing.There was a great selection of drinks. The pastries look really good, and the coffee is also fresh and taken care of. What really got me was the food! I got the eggs Benedict and oh my God I have never in my whole life ever had a ham steak that tasted this incredible! I didn't even recognise the ham at first because I was expecting an entirely different flavor and texture like every other ham steak I've ever had. These guys do it justice! The rest of the eggs Benedict was just as carefully created."

"Beautiful little spot for a peaceful breakfast, we really enjoyed our two visits and staff were awesome. The breakfast sandwich, and omelet were stellar, however the banana muffin and gigantic cinnamon roll with its healthy dose of cream cheese frosting were exquisite! A huge thank you to Andy a gem of a local who bought breakfast for my wife and I - That was actually a little blessing as we had a late and slightly frustrating arrival the night before. Long story short, eat here!"

"Chef Lyle, THROWS DOWN on some GREAT TASTING FOOD here. Today, Saturday, October 7th, we had TACOS. Short Rib and Chicken. AMAZING! These are possibly THE BEST TACOS in the South Bay! Chef Lyle also serves up some VERY DELICIOUS sandwiches. Honestly, EVERY THING we have eaten here is DELICIOUS! The CALYPSO CAFE is cute Cafe with a patio on the water with GREAT customer service and DELICIOUS FOOD!"

"We stopped here for a quick coffee and the lady who served us was really nice. The coffee shop looks very pretty too and the location is amazing. The reason for the 3-star review is because of the coffee (a cappuccino) which was pretty bad to be honest."
