"Yes, there is great customer service in store. Any issue that arises afterwards comes with an onslaught of unprofessionalism and issues. I would never expect such poor customer service from a designer store. I requested an item be shipped to my home from another store and the person who assisted me mistakenly sent it to the store. If they could have remedied the issue by just shipping it to my home there wouldn’t have been an issue. It doesn’t stop there. I had to call the store multiple times in hopes I could contact someone who could ship the item home, however, since the rep who helped me was not there, I cannot be helped. I should have received the item 3 days ago and now it’s still sitting at the store. Dissatisfied and disappointed."
