"I walked in the store and there was this cute boy with curly hair and glasses that has AMAZING HEART FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. And he’s in the front of the store greeting us customers. He is very helpful when i asked him a question for a guy shirt. & i love pacsun keep it up LOVE IT !"
"If I could give a zero I would. A young tall slim boy with glasses who was the manager was so unprofessional and rude. Not only him but also a young short girl with dark curly hair who had braces was very sarcastic. It is very sad that Pacsun has these types of unprofessional kids representing them and offering the worse customer service possible. I honestly felt I was back in elementary with that type of attitude they both had. Also, be careful with “specials” because that store does a lot of false advertisement and will not honor it at least not that rude manager"
