I wasn't going to leave a review, but a young lady who worked there at night was probably my best customer service experience I have ever had. She was extremely nice and professional and made me feel welcome. Every question I had she would answer with a smile and as a customer who is stressed about flying it means the world to me. She helped me feel calm before my flight. Hugo Boss should hire people like her. I have shopped there during the day time before and the gentleman who was there wasn't very helpful. Her name started with an A. I would give my shopping experience an A!"
"Official HUGO BOSS web site is SCAM! I spent an hour trying to make an order, all I see was an error. Later I checked my bank account and they charged me! I called customer service and a girl wasn't very helpful, basically she said that: - THERE IS NO ORDERS - MONEY SHOULD RETURN after 5 days and she can't help me with that situation. So no money and they will not send me what I ordered because there is NO ORDER! So why you charged me if order wasn't placed??? Worst experience online!"
