"Feature provided me with great customer service! I bought a kidsuper suit on sale for my wedding next year. The stitching on the pants design had some minor defects. I reached out to them and they were incredibly accommodating. I asked to swap out the pants, but unfortunately it was the last size in stock. They offered me a full refund with free shipping. I still plan on wearing the suit. I'm going to find someone local to fix the stitching fixed, but because I didn't want the full refund, they gave me a 15% refund for my troubles. I was very pleased with my service and will continue to support their business! 10/10 experience and they have great deals!"

"***BUYERS BEWARE*** Sunglasses were purchased with "FEATURE" and was sent used sunglasses with fingerprints on both lenses and a disgusting oily frame. I tried to return them as I purchased new sunglasses not previously owned glasses. Here's the response received after multiple reimbursement efforts.. "Due to the minimal to no damage on your item, we would only be able to issue you a 10% refund on your item. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns." Take your business elsewhere unless you're a gambler and willing to risk getting a used item which you will not be reimbursed if you attempt a return. Simply bad business practice.
