"I love how accomodating & helpful the Sales Associates are."
"The short store Manager with frizzy hair from this location is so rude. She gives terrible attitude to the customers. Plus I have been coming to the store for the past weeks and they claim that their return system is down. I feel like this is totally a lie from the management team. I have called and gone to other Old Navy stores and their system is running pretty well. Something is up with the management team for not wanting to accept in store and online returns/exchanges. The company should investigate and do something about this matter because it is totally an inconvenience for the customers. This store has poor customer service and pretty sketchy. I am never stepping foot here, ever again. Don’t waste your time and money at this Old Navy at The Plant. I’d rather go to a different location!!!"
