"I went in the store knowing what I wanted to buy. I grab my items, and Polly offered to add pictures to a Locket Necklace and I thought that was amazing. Saved me time right. I should have done it myself. It was a nightmare, i kept sending the email of the picture over and over again. I dont think she knew how to open an email. I was in the store for an 1 hr and 20 minutes, because she was trying to print the image with the printer turned off, she tried to print with the paper backwards, she unplugged all the cords from the printer and plugged them back in wrong, she couldn't put the pictures back in the locket, she actually damaged the locket trying to put the picture in the locket. I don't know how this woman has a job there. She literally did everything wrong. I told her specific details on how I wanted my items wrapped, and she proceeded to not do what I requested. I had to keep repeating myself. Im used to having amazing service, they offer water, they ask if I have questions. Nothing of this was done, maybe I wasn't dressed properly to get good service. Mind you, I was in the store longer than I expected. I literally saw other shoppers come in and get better service then me. This is not the Brightons service I expected. Made me feel terrible actually. So disappointed."
