"Went to the store last night 3/7/23 at around 6:30-7:15. My mom I and my 8 year old daughter and my 4 month old niece. We were quick just stopped by for a jeans. Got greeted rudely by ANDREA. She had a nasty attitude we asked nicely to get 3 pants because she was folding and didn’t want to ruin her work. She rolled her eyes and handed us the jeans. We went to try it on. Decided on the pants and went over to pay. Of course ANDREA checked us out and said rudely “that’s it?”. The whole experience was unnecessary. I know it’s Almost closing time but that’s not a reason to take it out on clients. Just a side note the young man letting us in the dressing room was very kind. I’m sure there’s lots of people wanting the job Andrea has."

"They used to be good but ever since they changed location within the mall it's like they downgraded especially in terms of staff. The customer service is appalling. They are dishonest when it comes to pricing on their merchandise. They lack cohesiveness and accountability. They also lie about who is the manager. The least they can do is wear name tags."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. They did not want to return a 3-pack cami shirt that I bought online. When my shirts came it only had one tag. So when I wanted to return the shirts they did not want to take it because the other two didn’t have a tag. IT WAS A 3-PACK ITEM. When they scanned the one tag on their side guess what came up? That it was a 3-PACK ITEM. They didn’t even want to give me a merchandise card for the item either. They need to take responsibility. Don’t go here."
