"My opinion of Zumiez (and this store specifically) went from knowing absolutely nothing about it to this store being my absolute favorite. I called in to ask about anime tees and outerwear and was lucky enough to have SirWest on the other end of the line. He answered all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm and invited me to come and check out the store. I stopped by the following day and was greeted by all of the staff members (SirWest, and Emmanuel) They even helped me shop around and pick out clothes that would look good on me. I either don't go shopping in the right stores or these guys are just at the top of their game, and I feel like it's the latter. Thank you fellas for such a welcoming experience."
