"I went in to look for some specific clothes for a work event and found exactly what I was looking for. They had a great promo for signing up for a credit card and getting a huge savings. While the process took a long time to apply (not the stores fault) Elaina was amazing working through the process. Working in retail I know how frustrating these processes can be, and she worked through it amazingly. I'll definitely be back to this store because of her."

"Great store and products, great customer service all the time. But! Very unhappy with the return policy update. Pretty much you are stuck with the items if you're past the 30 days even if you have the original receipt and tags on the purchased item. Also IF the manager makes an exception you don't get back the amount you originally paid for, you only get the amount the item is marked for which is much less. If you paid $50 and the item is now selling for $25 you only get $25 in store exchange only."

"I made a online order to pick up my jeans at this Old Navy store. I been to this store before and I been getting my jeans from here. I really loved their baggy jeans when they had it, now its just loose jeans. The pickup process was easy, just walk to the check out area and there a destinated spot for online pickup. I give the lady my order # and she give me my order. I asked if I could try them on and they said I could. One was too big so I asked to exchange it, she said to get a refund and then go pick the one that will fit me. Also to show the receipt so they can honor the price I paid for it. I didn't find the exact one because I didn't know where it was, so I just picked another loose jean and a different color since they didn't have my size. The other lady working the cashier was very helpful, she honored the price for me so I had a great experience here. The 3 jeans I got are great so far."

"The store was very clean and organized. They have a lot of stuff in clearance. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They kept every counter clean. Every cashier had a hand sanitizer bottle for the customers and they all had plastic dividers in between."
