"Decided to stop by. Ordered a milkshake instead got a cup of milk. Asked the young lady to make it a little thicker, had a little attitude about it and pawned it off to another worker. Not sure what the hype is all about. Will not go back and did research on the vendor of the ice cream. I rather Cold Stone anyday."

Witness an employee blowing on the waffle maker to clean it, DO NOT see any employee wearing gloves while making my order. I recently just got food poisoning after eating a simple dessert that was supposed to be enjoyable. Very rude and unfriendly! Very unsatisfied with my order that was poorly done and very unhygienic. I DO NOT advised anyone to bring their family or themselves to this horrendous place of horrible service."
