"Ordered fresh nuggets for my daughter, was not given fresh cooked nuggets as I requested. I again asked that they be made fresh and all they did was take my nuggets back and I literally saw them drop my nuggets back in to the fryer for less than a minute and then gave them back to me. This time now they're dried up and practically burnt. So unprofessional, very dissatisfied."

"My daughter and I love this location. The food here seems to be better than at other locations out of town. The service is always fast and efficient."

"Terrible. Friday, 1/29 got to the drive thru and waited a bit for someone to say come on the speaker and take my order, no other cars in line. Finally a lady said "go ahead and order when you're ready". No hello or anything. Placed my order and all she said was come to the first window. No repeat the order or thank you...nothing. Got to the window, the girl (20'ish, blue sweater, dark hair) told me the price which did not sound right. Again did not confirm my order. I asked her what she showed, got the feeling I was bothering her. She had my order wrong. Got the order straightened out, she told me the price, gave her my money, still nothing. Closed the window and I waited. She came back with my order, handed it to me and closed the window. I guess a simple thank you is too much to ask. Service is as important as the meal."

"3/22/23 UPDATE! MY LAST POST FOR THIS PLACE WAS 3 YEARS AGO & THE FOOD IS STILL NOT UP TO PAR! THE FRIES I RECEIVED ARE PICTURED BELOW, THEY ARE BURNT TASTING AND ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF MONEY! I WILL BE RETURNING FOR MY MONEY BACK. THE HAMBURGER PIC IS FROM 3 YEARS AGO. 2020 REVIEW : Usually I love Wendy's but today I was extremely dissatisfied. I ordered 4 Junior Cheeseburgers and each one was cold, not even a little bit warm, the patties were dried out yet greasy. What happened to Wendy's? Show some pride in the food you make! I won't be eating here again unless things change."
