"Cutest clothes ever. Only thing is that I wish they actually ran true to size."

"They opened a little before or during covid I don't remember but at that time the fitting rooms were closed which was fine given the state of the world. HOWEVER the cdc literally announced that covid is over so they have NO EXCUSE to not have their fitting rooms open. PLUS they do not have a return policy so they are definitely scamming you when you purchase anything because you have no idea if it will fit/look nice and you don't have any choice but to keep it. And it's not like the clothing is affordable either. The one time I went in there and asked if the rooms were open they told me no but that I can try it on in the middle of the store? Oh yeah, let me just get naked right here. I went in there for the first time in a year and this terrible customer service choice has affected them so greatly the amount of clothing in their store has significantly decreased. It is such a shame because its nice having this style of clothing in person vs purchasing from a random website. But at least I am certain I can try on those clothes and return them. Such a shame."

"I would love to give this store more stars because they have super cute clothes, but there are a few things as a customer, I don’t enjoy. One being the fitting rooms have been closed since covid. That normally isn’t a big problem for me, but there’s also a no return policy. So every purchase is a gamble. Two, the customer service is lacking. I go into the store about once a month or so, and every time I’ve gone in, the employees aren’t very kind. Lastly, almost everything is in a set. I have a bigger chest but smaller waist, so I normally size up in tops, but since everything is required to be sold in the same size that leads me to not buy it! I hope this store improves because I really think their stock is so adorable."

"this store has so many cute outfits and stuff but i’m giving it one star for a couple of things, i usually fit into a medium but a large was a little snug on me, and i wasn’t even able to try on correctly because their fitting rooms were closed……which is fine, i usually buy stuff and return it if it doesn’t fit correctly. except they have a no return policy which literally makes no sense. how is someone not able to try something on, and then not be able to return it if i does not fit, not to mention, the clothes are kinda expensive, i am not about to spend $70 on an outfit that i don’t even know would fit me right, then not even be able to return if it doesn’t…. this is something that needs to change, if i was a able to try on the clothes and make sure they fit me okay i have no problem spending the amount of money in there. that just doesn’t make any sense and i’m very disappointed."

"I was there a few days ago and the clothing selection is amazing !! But I can't give it 5 stars because the customer service was terrible. I was waiting for my mom in there and just looking around and they wouldn't stop starring at me. They didn't ask if I needed anything they would just stare. Keep in mind the sizes do run a little small in the store I'm a size 6 and I would fit in to a large even though I'm usually like a medium. Idk if they were just being judgmental because all the employees are super skinny and I'm more on the curvy side or because my mom works in a restaurant at the mall and had just gotten out of work so she was still wearing her uniform and speaks broken English but we both felt extremely uncomfortable. I found 2 dresses that I LOVED but did not buy because I didn't want to give these people any sales! And as I got out of the dressing room an Asian lady took my things and said "you didn't like anything" with a lot of attitude and I responded "no but thank you" and she just said "BYE" never ever coming back here."
