"I haven’t seen such horrible customer service for a long time that I actually had to come home and write a review rather than go over the items I shopped. Roberto who worked on 8/31/2919 has the worst customer service ever. He talks to customers as if he owns the shop or brand. I have spend thousands of dollars on 7 jeans and I shouldn’t feel I welcomed when I go the shop just because the staff isn’t feeling that day. Also, they forgot the detector on my jeans and I had to driver 55 minutes back to the outlets to get it removed. Roberto needs to take CSR course in college or something. I have spent too much money on this brand to get the disrespect I got. I hope this message comes across to his superiors."

"This store does not do refunds and they are deceptive about it too. I bought 4 items from this store in the last six months and was never told the non-refund policy until I actually went in for a return. The lady at the counter said that they are trained to say this and kept pointing at the receipt. Had they really said this at least once in my four visits, I should have known. Sneaky people. Stay away!"
