"In July 2021, I ordered 2 shirts from this site. I love the one shirt I kept, but am still waiting on a refund for the other shirt I returned in August 2021. I really appreciate the sustainability of this designer and I love the shirt styles, but if it takes 5 months for an exchange or refund to be acknowledged and processed, I'm likely to shop elsewhere. Buyer beware. UPDATE: Today (4/25/22) I received a refund. I sent a snail mail letter requesting the refund be made. So, 7 months after I returned the shirt, sent multiple emails that went unanswered, I finally am able to close this transaction. Really wanted to buy more shirts, but due to the difficulty of working with the company on processing the refund, I'll shop elsewhere."
