"1/24/2024: I Ordered inside a Mexican Pizza and some other items. Returned home thrilled to have that Pizza ate a couple of bites and almost threw up. It was so nasty tasting!! Spoiled or? I wouldn't feed it to my pets!! Tried to call the manager couldn't get ahold of? Told employee to pull the Mexican Pizza and explained it was rotten and asked that the manager return my call regarding this complaint. To date its been 2 weeks still not 1 call returned. This is ridiculous!! Shows how great management is or that they care about what is actually going on within their company/business. Do they even care about customers/ complaints or is it they care more about their mighty dollar?"

"Hate being told to order using kiosk. Hate. Most want to speak to a human, not try to figure out where what we want to order is in the kiosk. Tacos are often on the skimpy side of fillings. Love the nacho fries, but would appreciate a bit more cheese dip!"

"Very interesting that I customized my order (adding rice, lettuce, beans, and asking for less of certain sauces to my items) but the only things that remained changed after that I placed the order was what I asked less of. Now half of my order is dry and not very full. Why I’m feeling more tortilla than what’s in the burrito is beyond me. Stopped going here a few years ago, I remember why now LOL. Lazy"

"On October 3rd, in the morning around 8:20am, there was this Hispanic boy who served us. He was EXTREMELY polite, amazing and quick. I don’t know if he was the one cooking or not but whoever was- wow! This food was the best fast food I have ever had- GENUINELY! Whoever these two or this boy was- give these people a RAISE!!! They deserve it- for their politeness, and quickness, and my god was this food so good. P.S (the boy gave me literally all different sauces because I didn’t ask for them- SO SO SO NICE)"
