You will get no eye contact in response to a polite friendly smile, and you will be transacted with with as few words as humanly possible…all with no eye contact. But everyone else will be treated with casual, hospitable customer service. What an ugly way to act, but people feel so proud to act like that."

"First off, this is by far the BEST 7-Eleven I’ve ever visited. Luis is absolutely AMAZING. He super helpful, including the other employees. The shelves, coolers and giant coffee bar are always stocked and they have lots of cool stuff. The ambience is always upbeat and friendly. Good vibes!
