"Haven't had a chance of try out their fancier associated business in the area but at least I got to come here for now. Solid new Viet Coffee spot to throw into your drink rotation when in the OC. I was torn between getting just the Viet Coffee or the Salted Coffee but I went ahead with the Salted Coffee since this variation of the drink is what I've been enjoying at other drink places that also offer it. I'll have to say that I enjoyed a little more when I first drank it but towards the middle and at the end that dropped a little. This is not to say it was bad though, it's just that I have Viet Coffee all the time and "everywhere" so I'm pretty particular and of course have things I like and/or don't. The strength and flavor of the coffee was really good here so that's a strong start. When the salted cream flavor hit me, I at first thought it was too much salt flavor, but it gets balanced out pretty well with the appropriately sweetened coffee. As I drank more though, I did come to think they put too much of the salted foam at the top (for me) which changes the drink in 2 two ways. It of course gives it a salty flavor and it also make it more viscous. The thicker texture it developed with the salted cream mixed in was not bad but it's just I think I'll go with the regular Viet Coffee next time since I am a fan of their coffee. I suppose I could also just ask for less cream. They used crushed ice which is always a win. It's a nice, clean, modern interior with a good amount of seats given the size. I think I'll get the drip coffee next time and sit and enjoy it. It was busy, but not that bad inside and the service was perfectly fine. They are located right on the corner of Euclid and 5th with their own parking lot that is shared by adjacent businesses (ice cream, restaurant). I could imagine no parking being available if the other businesses are busy as well. But it looks like residential street parking should be easy enough. If you are a (Viet) coffee fan you should make your way here. Cheers!"

"E-Coffee is an extension of the Trung Nguyen Legend Group. It has a smaller limited drink menu and on the go food items like croissants and bánh mì que. Egg coffee is not in dạy menu, it’s while supplies lasts. I have never been a fan of TN Legend but the e-coffee was a different experience. The only downside was too much ice! Tips: -Ask for less ice if possible. -If you have time, always order phin. -Get the combo that comes with Bánh mì que -bánh mì que: miniature snack size baguette sticks that are stuffed with char sui, pate and a kick of chili spice. This was actually better than the one I had at the restaurant. The char sui makes it tastes so much better with the sweet and savory compared to pork floss. -Coconut cream coffee: The coffee had half coffee and half coconut cream. I would prefer less ice and 3/4 coffee. Not as strong when all mixed together so I only mixed a bit or else it’ll be too sweet. -Soursop tea: better than the coffee. Immediately tasted the brewed tea. Also had bits of soursop/cherimoya."

"I recently visited Trung Nguyen E-Coffee Santa Ana, a new coffee chain that has just opened near my relatives. I was curious to see what they had to offer, since it was still fresh and not crowded. It was only a week or so after their grand opening. The place is nice, with a modern and cozy design. It seems like a new coffee place for students and business casual people to meet and work. Of course, there are many coffee shops around here as well, so they have some fierce competition for sure. I had too many coffee that day, so I decided to try something different. I ordered a hibiscus tea, which was one of their specialty drinks. It was pretty good, with a refreshing and fruity flavor. The only thing I didn't like was that it was too sweet for my taste. I think they added too much sugar or syrup. Maybe next time I'll ask for less sweet or no sweet at all. The service was friendly and attentive. They greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly. Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Trung Nguyen E-Coffee Santa Ana. The place is nice, the drinks are good, and the service is fast. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new coffee place to try out. I think they have potential to become a popular spot, if they can improve their sweetness level and offer more variety of flavors and food options."

"Coffee lover at heart, my curiosity was piqued by this new coffee shop that just opened right by my moms house. I stopped by during their soft opening so I am hoping this review will be taken with a grain of salt. The Jasmin milk tea with Ube foam is super delicious and good for my daughter. The coconut coffee was delicious and doesn’t need any modifications. The soursop tea has the perfect ratio of the tea to soursop. The blue pea latte drink was my least favorite drink, it was bland. The blue latte drink needed a dash of sea salt cream. The banh mi que was chef’s kiss: it was warm, and flavor packed. One bite and you are instantly transported to Vietnam, very nostalgic. 1. Parking is a hassle during peak hours. 2. barista were super friendly and made suggestions on drinks 3. The store was super modern and clean."

"Swung by during their soft opening and it was definitely worth the visit. The unique drinks were on point and we enjoyed the items we ordered. Coconut cream coffee - this was better than expected. The coconut fragrant was strong but didn’t mask the coffee. Soursop Tea - my favorite drink here. It comes with real soursop pieces and a great option if you want something other than coffee. My kids approved. Pea tea latte - pretty but nothing too special. Taste kinda like mung bean with soy milk. Banh Mi Que - this was surprisingly delicious! It was my first time having banh mi que and it did not disappoint, I believe there were pate and charsiu with a little kick of spice. We actually ordered two of these even though we just had lunch. A must try for sure. Overall, nice and tidy place. The pricing is fair and affordable. I would recommend this to my friends and family."
