"Waiting 10 min for someone to unlock the glass locked doors and lady was so rude told me to wait and went and did something before she opened the doors and them slams them so loud. Like what even is that? Can someone be on doors duty or something because everything there is locked and you have to wait so long."
"I don’t do a lot of reviews but my experience with drive up, the store in general, and the customer support through the 800 number were horrible. The attendant did not include 2 of my items in my order. The store doesn’t hardly ever answer calls. Someone accidentally answered after multiple calls and immediately hung up. No one at the 800 line would help me with my 2 missing items - they claimed that they need to start an investigation to prove I in fact never got the items. Had to drive all the way back to the store to have an associate search for my missing bag with my items. Yes - i should have gotten out of the car to look BUT that is the point of drive up. It is supposed to be convenient. This was anything but. This is also not the first time that I have experienced a problem at this target with drive up."
"I love this Target and will always will here's why: 1.First when I came in they had good business they helped me with my shopping cart 2.the people in there were very friendly. 3.the items in there were more good then the news I had about the rent!! To target: all of this is the main reason why you are my favorite store."
