"Five stars all around for this hidden gem! What a delightful evening with a surprisingly delicious fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food! If you’re looking for something different and delicious Kaiyo Cow Hollow should be at the top of your list! Our son said order some fries (even though we were full already) so I asked why and he said because I KNOW the sauce is going to be amazing! And he was right! It’s a quaint small space so I definitely recommend making reservations. Can’t wait to come back again! Looking forward to visiting Kaiyo Rooftop as well!"
"Excellent views, great food, service was busy. Ceviche platter, dragon roll, burbon & gin cocktails."
"I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Despite arriving when they opened, the bar initially refused to take our order. We were seated, but it took 25 minutes to get a simple diet soda. The food also arrived relatively late, considering we were the first table. The server assistant was helpful, but the manager and the late-arriving server were less so. On a positive note, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was decent, though not exceptional."
"Fun rooftop with great music. Ceviche roll was amazing along with the ceviche trio and bao buns were our favorite. The Karaage fell flat, tasted like stale fried chicken bites. Cocktails were beautiful but somehow lacking a flavorful punch. The views and the vibe were amazing though!"
