"Went in hoping to get my kid some sneakers and left wondering if this is even a real shoe store? It was very strange. There were five employees and a security guard working here and only 2 other customers but we could not get service. I was asked 4 different times if I needed help and I said YES, please, but then they would just leave and go back to the register to chat with other employees. Twice I told someone my son's foot needed to be measured and they looked at me like I had two heads. The second guy said, "Uh... lemme see if we have one of those... things?" Like... for measuring feet? He left and went back to chatting with his coworkers. We finally left. Two stars because everyone was very polite but just wouldn't help us. Have I completely misunderstood what a shoe store is for?"
