"The sushi chef had very long fake nails and didn't wash her hands in between tasks. At one point I saw her picking up food with bare hands and tasting it then going straight back to touching raw fish. Besides the genuine food safety concern, the sushi was probably the most underwhelming I have had in the Bay Area. However, it was just as expensive as a higher end restaurant. Very terrible experience...."

"For the happy hour deals this place is good when you crave some handrolls (temaki). The nori wrap on a few tasted a little stale. I can't recommend their karage (fried chicken). It's not the typical style. It's rather chewy and way too much lemon in the barter."

My table had a comfortable amount of time to chat. Just get the waiter's attention and you're good to go. AMBIANCE When we went, there were only a couple of people in the restaurant, so it was nice and quiet. It's a bit small, but nice and bright."
