"Service so bad it's practically criminal! Every single person working here needs to be FIRED right away! Takes hours or even days to get a prescription and they talk into these inhuman robotic voices and have zero accountability to anyone! Get rid of these people!"

"This pharmacy is terrible. If you can go elsewhere, do so. They'll swear over the phone they called your doctor's office, or they didn't receive a fax, or your Rx is ready. You arrive in person to find the complete opposite. When calling, you may wait a full hour, only to get hung up on. I anticipate an extra 1-2 business days to get a refill done here."

"I called 5 times to check on a 1-hour photo order - which hadn’t been made yet after 24+ hours - and was put on hold every single time. I went to the physical store and to check and they just said they didn’t have paper in stock, didn’t tell me a time when it would be ready. I still have not been able to get my order. This location should be shut down."

"This review is for the pharmacy. Save yourself the time and stress and don't bother sending your prescriptions here. Had to come here twice in one day to see if my prescription was ready for pick up and each time they told me to come back later. During my second visit, per the pharmacy employee's recommendation, I signed up for their text notifications. He said it was going to be another 45 minutes or so and that I'll get a text once its ready for pick up (I followed the instructions and enrolled in the text messages on my phone). I went home and diligently waited for the text that never came. Now I don't have my prescription and have to wait another month for an important procedure that I needed the medication for."
