"This store cancelled my same day delivery order twice for no reason. Then when I placed a pick up order for the same exact items, it went through and confirmed, but they reduced my toilet paper order from 6 packs to 4 packs. Then when I went to the store, there are still a lot of toilet papers in the aisle. After picking up my order, I returned to the store and grabbed 4 packs. The rude cashier didn't allow me to buy it because she said the store manager only allows 4 packs limit only. I told her that how come you didn't mention that on their App and allowed me to place my order. She said they have the right to limit it. I'm not buying all the toilet papers. I just need to stock up for a family of 7 for 2-3 months use since their location is out of my usual errand and my rewards cash is expiring this month, so might as well use it. And there are still alot in the aisle and it's not even the deal of the week item. Your store manager will put silly policy and you got rude old white lady cashier! Nice combination of very poor management!"
"The staff is rude to customers. No wonder these franchises continue to struggle and stay in business. I recently tried to call and reschedule a vaccination, after 20 minutes waiting without saying a word they hung up."
"A pharmacy should not be CLOSED ALL DAY on labor day. The old one on W. Texas was even open on Christmas for limited hours. Coming back one year later to add: this pharmacy is getting worse and worse. Every time I come (right now at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, the day after Labor day when they were closed... again) they have ONE person working both the counter and the drive through. I waited at least 40 min last time and had to give up and leave. Ridiculous."
"I am convinced the incompetence at this pharmacy is corporate policy. I am allergic to the cheapest generic of the medication that I take, and my prescription specifically says which brand I need and "no substitutions". Despite the pharmacy staff's efforts, corporate only sends them the cheap generic. They've tried to sell me the one that I'm allergic to 3 times now, and each time I have to go without my medication while I wait for them to order the correct one. The low safety standards and lack of attention to detail are appalling. I am taking my business elsewhere."
"11/10/22 I spoke with someone on the phone Sunday about a system glitch regarding my address and also about why I didn’t get same day delivery for my medications after fixing the glitch. The person said it could be delivered within two days, which was fine. But the person on the phone was rude at times. So today I just came in after getting mixed messages in the app and over the phone. “Veronica” was kind to the person in front of me but distant and unwelcoming to me. She didn’t greet me or at least let me know she was ready to help on me. I just had to step forward. And still, she just gave a blank stare before finally starting the process. I explained what happened days prior and her attitude was terrible. She aggressively challenged my knowledge of an address I’ve never heard of, and insisted that I must’ve lived there before. She also claimed my medication can’t be delivered to me for whatever reason it was she gave. I couldn’t hear her because when she was speaking someone started talking over the intercom system in the store. She was also working behind the typical glass window setup. I said I was sorry and that I couldn’t hear her. Before repeating the few things she said, she felt the need to scoff and say “ookay, so—“. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Very unreasonable. If the people working at a pharmacy don’t have their stuff together, I shouldn’t be the person treated poorly for it. All I did was walk in to get my medication, because they failed to deliver."
