"This store is resource restricted, it seems. You must ultimately expect to wait a very long time to pay. Seems management only has 1 or 2 cashiers working at any given time, and when they need more up front, the employees are annoyed they're working the cash register. You end up waiting in line for a very, very long time. And this is more often than not -- like 8 out of 10 times this is the case. Other than that, the store has great produce and more often than not, well stocked."

"Since I am a local resident of the area, I Usually come in here all the time and have pleasant experiences with other workers but of course today was different. Did some last minute shopping for the holidays and everything was fine up until it was time for me to check out. I checked out with some employee named PAOLA (Heavy Hispanic Girl) who clearly does not give AF about her job. I greeted her like I do with all the other employees and she did not say a thing. She made a comment to me about the way I had my items up on the register that she could’ve kept to herself, she was on her phone while scanning my items. Working at a grocery store it is all about customer service and this employee lacked in every aspect of it. Attitude and rude for no reason, I did nothing to this Girl. If you ever go to this store beware of the big back Paola. It’s hard to miss her She’s Young looking Chubby & Hispanic usually with acrylics on."

"I did my shopping like every week and paid at the self-service xajs the same as I always do. It turns out that when trying to pay, the machine got stuck and the card payment terminal did not work. After several attempts by the young manager, the manager arrived and with an annoyed attitude told me not to use those boxes for the other one. I paid in cash like she said and her machine doesn't work. In the end she told me she almost took me out because she couldn't fix the machine anymore. He asked me not to shop there again. How late the manager is!!!"

"I got a rain check for boneless rib eye steak last May 2022. I came back in a month to use it but the tall thin manager told me they don’t expire, so I held on to it. When I came back for another month later, the Indian lady told me the rain check do not expire. I can use it anytime. 2 weeks ago, I was trying to use it, they said it’s not valid. I can no longer use the rain check because it was from last year. The lady named Luna, just tore it without asking if I still need it or she should’ve returned it back to me. Very rude! This store location has very bad customer service compared to Pinole and other locations."
