"I love this market , it’s set up well & their products are high quality. The problem is a good part of the staff from checkers to butchers have major attitude problems. Just had my 3rd such experience. I likely won’t be back"

"Ray , presumably a "butcher' was hardly over qualified and challenged at his post. He waited on a woman who bought some minced meat, nothing extraordinary which requires great skill. No one else was in the meat counter after she left. The seafood area was devoid of an employee so had asked if he could assist me. He flat out refused and ignored the others waiting in the seafood area. Completely ignored and snubbed us. No initiative to help the customers standing in line. We finally got hold of a manager who was very nice. Of course, by then Ray was willing to actually do his job and lend a hand. This employee has a major attitude and miserable disposition. I hold Bristol Farms to the highest standards and have never seen anyone so unhappy with his job. I visit the SaMo, Westwood and Playa Vista locations as I work in the Westside but reside in the South Bay and have always met cheerful employees. It is a customer based industry and hope my next experience at this Rolling Hills meat counter will be pleasant since I do purchase their quality meats as well as their outstanding seafood. Bottom line - I'll try and avoid cranky employees at your meat counter."

"The selection of cheeses and meats at this Bristol Farms is wonderful. Lots of great fresh seafood to choose from too, and prices are pretty reasonable! Phil, Daniel and Imran at the meat department are very helpful, with lots of product knowledge to help you choose the right cuts of meat. As great as all the produce and other products are, this store earned my 5 star review because of the meat department team! I always look forward to shopping here!"

"We have been a regular customer at Bristol Farms and overall the prepared foods quality has been pretty good, but today the quality is way below par. We purchased the orange chicken dish and guess what there is hardly any chicken in the dish (in the past this dish has had large chunks of chicken breast) but today. Its all chicken skin that's been battered fried and spiced up as the sweat and spicy chicken. it is horrible. No one ate it. Therefore you guys get a 1 star rating only If you folks had a rating with negative stars I would rate you with a negative star rating. I am shocked that your quality has dropped so much to the point of deception"
