"Never had a problem until I had an exchange - I was gifted an outfit that was in the wrong size. To do the exchange the manager said I had to get "authorization" from my friend first but then the girl that was originally helping me did the exchange without any sort of authorization from her and then my friend ended up getting credit back to her account but then they said she didnt have an account .... it was all very strange & the manager just like walked away while I stood there in confusion as to what happened ... don't think I'll ever gift anything from here to anyone so they don't have to expirence that ... still don't understand what happened. 3 stars because the girl that helped me (not the manager) was nice and understand why it was weird to notify the gift giver (my friend) about returning a gift and giving her money back/ or a credit back (I don't know)."

"This company is a SCAM. I canceled my account back in May and confirmed multiple times with an agent that I would no longer be charged. They have been stealing $60 out of my account every month since and now I have to file a dispute with my bank because they won't stop stealing. I found out my coworker was put through the same thing. DO NOT SIGN UP. Please protect your banking information."
