"Terrible service. They don’t follow their own posted hours of operation. The day I tried to visit I learned they don’t open during home games so I waited until the end of the game before trying again and the person basically shooed me away and said “we don’t know if we’re going to open after the game”. This was 1.5 hours before their listed closing time…yikes. My first and last time. Never going back"

"There was an issue with a jersey I purchased and I came back a different day and they were super helpful and fixed it as soon as possible. The manager, Stephanie O, was the kindest person I worked with."

"Sacramento Kings Team Store is one of the places I loved visiting when I was in Golden 1 Center for the Kings games. The store has multiple locations inside the Golden 1 Center. It gets very crowded when the Kings games are about to start or at halftime. The employees are usually very busy with there are lots of people who want to make purchases. So try to go there after the game starts but before halftime."

"Went to the team store to get a jersey, got there about 6:25 pm, doors were locked. Store hours said open till 7 pm so store should have been open. It was not a game night either so there was no reason they would close early. Super disappointed, I had to rush through work traffic to make it downtown just to find out the store was closed."
