"I've only been to the service department. Overall. I'm pretty happy with it. It is a dealership prices are not the best. But usually, they give me a discount with a coupon or a cash discount. They get the work tongue pretty quick. Usually the same day if they have the parts and stock. They always want to give me a trade in value. They give you the option, they're not too pushy. They're open on Saturdays. Overall. I'm very happy with the service department. I will keep going."

"The majority (not all) of the service department customer service workers are rude and have a horrible attitude. I was telling one I have a warranty on my tires for my car I bought FROM there and he tried to dissmiss me and say I didn't have one before he even checked. Then when he seen I knew what I was talking about he said it would be 4 hours. FOR A TIRE CHANGE. If I didn't have to come here for my warranty work I wouldn't bother at all. Now I will rethink even buying a car here if this is how they treat their customers."
