Jerome's Furniture-Mattress & Patio Superstore

"Just continuously disappointed with Jerome's. -Ordered a couple of reclining couches from them and one out of the box was ripped. - Within a couple months the stitching came undone in multiple places on the other couch and both reclining mechanisms broke(no kids/pets, just two adults using the couches sparingly). -No problem, 2nd couch was still under warranty. Wife doesn't want the same couch because we've lost faith in that model. -Jerome's will give us store credit so now we have to buy something more expensive or lose money. -Find something we like and of course it's backordered for almost two months. -Finally get a delivery date, now Jerome's sends a bill for the price difference even though it had been paid when the order was placed.-Take off work for the delivery service. I get a call the morning of saying there's confusion on their end and they still don't have the product. -Only positive note is the people you do talk to are very friendly and helpful. I just want to get this new couch so I don't have to deal with Jerome's again..."

"I wanted in on the Saturday before the Super Bowl. We were shopping for new furniture and had already been to 3 stores. As soon as I walked in I loved the style of furniture. The lighting in the warehouse really is perfect to allow you to see everything. Sherry greeted us almost immediately, she provided us with the specials for President’s Day, and let us be on our way. Which I loved because I didn’t feel like I was constantly being watched. We made our way through the bloopers and were able to get Sherry’s attention rather quickly to start putting items on hold. We ended up buy everything we needed; dining table, bed, sofa and mattress. It was a great experience overall; thank you Sherry!"

"What a pleasant experience. We had looked over other stores and could not locate a good sectional sofa. However after walking in and dealing with Sherry, everything changed into an easy transaction. She was able to listen to our needs and understand what it was we were looking for. 5 minutes later, we were presented with a few options that matches exactly what we wanted. After that, it took another 5 minutes to finish the financials and 2 days later we had delivery of our beautiful new set. Everyone else that we dealt with after Sherry was so friendly and helpful.
