"I will never use u hual again. They have promised a hitch since Tuesday ! They couldn’t het it told me it would be in on Friday. Called Thursday, they said it would be on on Saturday. Got too busy to call came in for my appointment on Sunday !! They had nothing ! Did not bother calling me to even communicate to me ! Waist of time"

"Overall everything went smoothly for our rental, we even extended our rental an extra day without any issue, was also a little bit late on returning but wasn't charged extra. The only thing I have to complain about was the lack of any parking spaces for the renter's personal vehicle, and I was instructed to park out on the street curb. I was very reluctant considering it was for two nights and I had a 2018 vehicle, but true to the staff's word, my vehicle was exactly as I left it. However, it should be noted that there is no surveillance in the event that something _had_ occured, and obviously they shirk all responsibilities for that scenario. It seems this isn't a standard Uhaul rental facility and is instead one that has a workshop for trailer hitches, which explains the lack of parking amenities. Otherwise I'd give a full 5 stars!"
