"The Hemet Harbor Freight customer service was beyond dissatisfaction. I was needing help locating some products, the employee Johnny, had folded arms and a closed off body language. He gave us the isles as to where these products should be located and when we went to those locations the products were not there. When trying to get more help I expressed my frustraiting to that employee and his customer service was to tell me that it's my problem that I'm frustraited instead of trying to figure out how he could help solve the problems that we were having. When going to the manager Chris, his first response was very defensive. Ultimately Chris helped us find some of he products but we were so discussed by Johnnys lack of customer service that we went else where to purchase what we needed."
