"bad service and rude, spend over 1k for 4 tires, No thanks, hand you the keys and walk away. Does not explain what they kind of service they did. and left dirty grease on my steering wheel. Nothing but worse."

"The most exceptional service! Costco is a known wholesaler that sells by volume but with the kind of personalized service you get at the tire center, you'd think you were at a local shop! Huge shout out to Selena for helping me out over the phone and to Luke for making sure I ordered the best tires at the best price for my car (he even took the time to explain the difference in warrantycoverage between the two tire options I was debating). They really do take the time help you here. Michael, Paul, Tony and Miguel are great too. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location!"

"Change 4 tires on 06/22/2020. One tire blew up within 2 miles. I have to get tow truck brought back to fix. I told the mechanic named Mike what happened. The first thing he said is that l hit something. I'm not happy about that. Later on they found out a defected valve stem was the problem . I'm satisfied as a Costco member . But costco tire center is not my favorite place to visit anymore after many disappointments. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"We went to this Costco to get four tires rotated yesterday afternoon per their instruction when I got these four new tires from this same store last October. They broke off the bolt in my right hand side behind tire. And ask me to find some other mechanics to fix it . Same store installed the four new tires and rotated same tires. Why do I have to pay for this repair? Shouldn’t they be held responsible?"
