"ordered spindles for a ranger and they do not fit, have been trying to get in contact for over 10 days and no one will return a phone call, email or message on instagram. have left multiple phone messages asking for a call back to get a refund or exchange for the proper spindles and have not heard anything back"

"Premium parts? made in china, you decide. If you have questions, a refund or need help customer service is near impossible to get ahold of. Not a very good business model. Been over a month since Ive been waiting for a credit on incorrect parts. Finally gave up and turned it over to the CC company. Not cool."

"Be very sure you are ordering the right parts, because there are no returns or customer service at all. Although they claim to "gladly accept returns", nobody ever answers phone calls or emails. I also had questions about the right parts beforehand, but they ignore all attempts to contact them. I have tried countless times to get through to them, but they play dead. Very disappointing experience, this company is a fraud. * Edit after company responded: I contacted them again, via email and website contact form, and again they didn't answer. No reaction at all. Their review response is a lie. Stay away from them."
