"I called this location with questions and the call did not go well for me. I felt as if I was a nuisance, that my questions were unwelcome. If you are answering the phones in a customer service setting, be careful of your tone of voice. People can hear if you're frustrated or annoyed so be careful not to let these emotions be detectable in your voice. As someone who listens to customers everyday over the phone for over 20 years, I can tell if a customer doesn't feel well, isn't happy, or is stressed, so I'm sure they can tell the same about my voice. So it's important in customer service to stay as calm as possible to offer the best possible solutions for your customers. It's important to stay positive and have faith that there is a good solution obtainable, so asking all the right questions to make that happen is also important. I had been shopping different tire companies just in case I could find something closer cuz I was worried that I might not make it to the one I usually go to. One of my tires was losing air since Friday. The other one had been balding on one side for awhile on one side, and I noticed that the wires were also starting to show. When you see the wires inside your tire... you know that it's really bad! It didn't help me as a customer to choose that particular tire shop when from the beginning I had only been greeted with annoyance. I will never try even calling that place again. I may not ever try that shop, because of this one unpleasant phone call."
