"Hidden in convoy behind a taco spot, is hidden fish. Upon entry, we were greeted warmly and professionally by the wait staff. Inside is so very clean and sharp. Chef is standing in the prep area prepping the pieces for the night. Chef Peter greets us so kindly while maintaining his focus on the prep. He is such a great host and chef. Entertaining us with questions from where we are from to where we have been, to what we have eaten. His aura radiated on our side of the bar seating. I felt like we were at a different restaurant than the other sections. Chef Peter made us feel safe and comfortable with him as we were about to embark on an 18 piece course of life Everything was amazing. Scallop, barracuda, yellow tail, cod, otoro, salmon, local AA uni, and albacore. Every piece of art as tasty as it looked beautiful. Omakase is more than just food. More than leave it up to the chef. It goes beyond a dining experience. It’s a story in time. For those 90 minutes, we were in a time where nothing else mattered but the beauty of what life has to offer. A must experience PS. I asked chef Peter what the story was behind the name Hidden Fish. He said there is a hidden fish somewhere in the wood of the restaurant. If you find it, you get free omakase dinner"
"Our chef was really knowledgeable in where they sourced their ingredients and the food was delicious. The servers were really friendly and attentive. I think what ruined the experience a little for me was the bantering between our chef and their friend that sat next to us. I would've preferred a classier experience for the price that we're paying."

The staff is attentive , very knowledgable and extremely friendly making you feel special at the table. They take the time to explain the sourcing of ingredients and the chef's philosophy, making you feel like you're part of a culinary journey. Hidden Fish Sushi offers a sushi experience that is nothing short of extraordinary. We ended up ordering the Omakase tasting menu and it definitely was well worth it. The fish is exceptionally fresh and expertly prepared. Each piece of sushi was a work of art, a harmonious blend of textures and tastes that showcased the chef's mastery of his craft. We loved the hamachi, oyster, chawanmushi (loved it absolutely) and as well toro that was so rich in taste. An absolute must do if you happen to be around !! Cheers!!!"
"Hidden Fish was an absolute delight. Wonderful service by Jennifer and Chef Steven. The fish was fresh and prepared beautifully. Tasted amazing. Must make reservations since it's service for only 12 at each seating. Try the fish of the day. Usually rotated out depending on what's available. This time they had Jack Mackerel and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend. They had fish from all over the world so it was so nice to know where the food comes from. Had the Tokyo sake and it was a perfect complement to the meal. So many favorites from the meal it was hard to choose which ones for after. Definitely recommend for first time Omakase experience since it was my first time and all the available options were quite lovely and easy on the palate. Parking is a little limited so come early to your reservation to get a spot."
"My wife and I came here with a reservation for the omakase. The experience was really great and fun. The staff was friendly and informative with the menu and ingredients. Our chef was Steven, and our server was Joshua. We ordered a bottle of sake to drink during the omakase, which went great with everything. Each course the chef served was amazing and delicious. There was not one that we did not like. Even the fish-to-rice ratio was spot on. We even ordered extra at the end of the course. The omakase is pricey, but definitely worth it. We have done quality sushi at the fish markets in Japan, and this was at Japan's quality level. We would definitely come back and do an omakase again."
