"Tried to use the restroom after purchasing a drink and chips for the road after fishing a tourney and was "can't use our bathroom, try the Mexican place further down". A Paying customer should always be able to use the facilities! Will never stop here again."

"I bought $10 in fuel. I used 1,000 points to get 10 mini-tacos. I put onions, pickles, tomato & chilli sauce on top of the mini-tacos and took 3 catsup packages, 2 hot sauce & 2 chelula sauce packets and put them in my pocket to add them later. These are all CLEARLY advertised as FREE topings. Vera, the manager, waa VERY rude. She used "miscelanious grocery" to charge me extra for my refill coffee. It is the end of the month & I'm out of money except what I stashed in my 7-eleven wallet until payday in a couple days. Not only was Vera rude, whispered to her checkout like I was shoplifting & told me to come to her register instead of the checkout person . . . she ripped me off at the worst possible time! 7-Eleven is my go-to store for fuel, snacks, smokes . . . and most stores are great! Obviously convenient, but generally I find the staff at most locations pleasant. Here, I was treated rudely and although it was for less than a dollar . . . it was very "personal" how Vera spoke down to me and ripped me off. I've never been to this 7-Eleven before that I know of, so there really was zero excuse for all that."

"Drink area is always a mess, drink lids aren't organized or labeled. Feels cramped inside."

"I absolutely love the staff here! They're amazing with my 3 year old and her companion dog. They offered to hold the dog while I went in and shopped. I came out and she had a bowl of water my dog was lapping up after she had given her a treat. These people are amazing"
