"I love this coffee shop! Every time I am in San Diego to visit my sister I make it a point to stop in here. The staff is friendly and the coffee is delicious. The coffee also wakes me up and gets me going like no other coffee ever has. The atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil and there are a bunch of tarot and oracle cards and beautiful local art on the shelves and walls. And you can even buy the art if there is something you can’t live without. Great all around and I can’t wait to visit again soon!"

"The photo attached is what you can get at maya moon for $22. We liked this this place better when they had kombucha flights.. We've tried it a few times since then and while the atmosphere is very vibey, lots of plants, great decor the staff tend to put off a holier then thow attitude making it a lot less pleasant. I do appreciate their (what I believe) is a fully vegan menu. Although I don't think we will be trying again but don't think they will mind. Lol"

"I recently visited Maya Moon Collective, situated on Adams Ave in Normal Heights, during a particularly busy period. Despite the rush, the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there was a minor hiccup with my order. I placed it at the cashier, but my order was inadvertently overlooked, resulting in a longer wait than expected. It was only after the barista had fulfilled five orders that I realized my order was forgotten. Thankfully, the cashier was quick to acknowledge the mistake and personally crafted a small cocoa drink to make amends. While the gesture was appreciated, the drink itself was just okay. I plan to return to Maya Moon Collective in the hopes of experiencing a smoother visit and trying a different item on their menu. With a second chance, I'm optimistic for a better review in the future."

"Such a beautiful coffee shop. From the first cup I was smitten with this place. I didn't realize how much fun, community and creativity was packed in this business. Modern Medicine is the coffee and Maya Moon is the evening spot. I will leave all the hidden gems for you to find when you visit."
