"I placed my 7-11 online order on the Door Dash website yesterday for my dinner time. I ordered one large size heated Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza. The price is $7.00. My next order is the one Big Bite Quarter Pound Hotdog. The price is $2.49. The next item is the Sprite Lemon Lime Soda Pop. The price is $3.89. It’s the large 2 Liter size. The Select (7) pieces of Lemon Cream Sandwich Cookies. The price is $1.49. And finally the one bag of Fritos Lay MUNCHIES Cheese Fix Snack Mix. The price is $2.49. My subtotal was $17.36. The delivery fee was NO CHARGE. The service fee was 86 cents. The estimated tax wax $1.52. I chose the dasher tip for Brian It was $5.00. My total bill was $19.74. I charged this bill ti my visa credit card account. My order arrived at 4:19 p.m. at my house. The pepperoni and Cheese Pizza was heated already and I ate 3 pieces it was very delicious. The Big Bite Beef Hotdog with a bun was Huge. I put honey mustard in the top of the beef hotdog it was filling and very tasty. The Munchies Cheese Fix Snack Mix was great . And for my dessert, I chose the Select (7) pieces Lemon Cream Sandwich Cookies. These Lemon cookies are yummy."

"Joy was not very helpful when I was making my iced coffee I used a total of 4 cups. one for me and my gf then 2 for ice cause I accidentally dropped one in the trash and there were ants in my gf cup so she rinsed it out and joy asked if we needed help we said no and we told them about the ants and they said there no ants cause we cleaned it this morning but I saw some on the iced coffee machine and counter at the end she charged us for a total of 5 cups 1 XLicedcoffee, 2 L coffeecups, 2 cups of water/ice/empty. ik it’s not a lot but she didn’t tell us anything about adding those. We wouldn’t mind paying for it if she told us"

"Sunny and the staff here were extremely rude. Two staff behind the counter were talking to each other the entire time I was in the store. I went over toward the coffee and was surprised to see it was out in the counter - most 7-11 stores have it behind the counter. So I helped myself, looked through the entire store for kettle chips, didn’t find any and settled on a chocolate bar. I went to the counter and had to ask the staff to let me pay. As she rang me up she asked who helped me with my coffee. I said no one. At first she took it away, and started berating me for getting my own coffee. The staff members in clouding sunny then showed me the signs. As he walked me to the coffee I pointed out to him that the sign he was referring to was only facing my back as I walked past it. He the. Walked me past the coffee to a second sign. I said I only went this far. Here are the cups, I took a cup and poured my coffee. He continued to berate me saying I should have seen the signs. I said you can make me wrong day long, it does not change the fact that I did not see your signs. His signs were hand written in black in on white paper d were chest high, and as I mentioned, not places where they would be seen as I entered the area and picked up a. Cup and filled it. I recommended a place he could have placed a sign that I would have been more likely to notice and he told me to Leave and never return. Shame on Sunny and his staff for giving poor service, and then blaming me as a customer for their own failure to meet their own COVID19 standards."
