"Will never do business with jnc again. They sent me three correct rims and one incorrect rim. I opened the first box to see the rim and took them straight to the store for mounting, after about an hour I was notified by the tire company that one rim was not like the rest out of the box. After jnc confirmed they did mistakenly send one incorrect rim they still would not exchange it because the tire company mounted it before notifying me. After almost a month with my vehicle sitting on jack stands I ended up having to pay another $115 for them to send the correct rim while also sending them the other wheel they sent wrong. Luckily sparktecmotorsports refunded me the money after jnc charged me for the 5th wheel. However money was not the problem. The time it took and the lack of accountability from their DEPT says it all. I will never purchase wheels for any of my vehicles in the future through them. As for the future possible buyer who is reading this I urge you to choose other wheels somewhere else and if this is management I hope losing my future business and whoever else reads this review was worth your unprofessionalism and that $115. - Hunter"

"Ordered a set of wheels for customer and said multiple times what bolt pattern I needed. Even went to the lengths of pulling the recorded audio from the phone call and it replayed me asking for the bolt pattern I needed and her giving me the list of wheels they had. Wheels came in with the wrong bolt pattern. They want to charge me a 30% restocking fee and have to pay for shipping out of pocket. I own a wheel and tire store and have never dealt with such rude employees who are not wanting to own up to a mistake. I would have like to continued to doing business with their company but are not willing to wave the re stocking fee on a set of wheels they have in stock all the time any day of the week. Will not do business with them ever again and advise others to do the same."

"I’ve contacted customer service 4 times now with no response.. Ordered 4 rims online, only to receive 2 of the rims. So first I contact FEDEX to see if maybe it was something on their end. They open a case file and go in search of my rims. They call back within an hour to inform me two of my rims got sent back to JNC because the packaging had multiple bar codes on it (they said it’s protocol if a package has multiple bar codes or unreadable bar codes) they told me JNC should of been in contact with me about either re shipping my wheels at their cost ( as it was their mistake ) or a refund to me.. They weren’t in touch with me at all!! So I email them last week and no response. But I forgot about American holidays so I look it up online and they were most likely closed Thursday and Friday so I wait it out and still haven’t heard anything back. Sent a few more emails today and still no response. I’m blown away at how unprofessional this company is and to have ripped me off a LOT of money.. what the hell can I do with only two rims!! Unreal"
