"Good selection and customer service was great"
"Accessibility: accessible/disabled parking spot directly in front of the store with a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. Motion-activated doors to enter the building, and all flat ground inside, no stairs. Wide aisles to move through, and brightly lit. Experience: this store is huge! It was exciting for me as an adult, so I bet it's even cooler for a kid! I loved looking at all the cool items for different types of parties and events. They have things for birthdays, quinceñeras, weddings, retirement parties, baby showers, and more! Some of the items are cheaper quality plastic (such as the forks, spoons, plates, etc.), but some things are better quality. Some items are overpriced, and some are great prices. Really just depends... This store is worth a look! The employees were also super friendly here! I was getting a few things for my wedding (an LGBT wedding), and a female employee told my wife and I congratulations! That meant a lot. :') look at my photos to see the 100-foot runway carpet/rug I bought here and used for my outdoor wedding."
"The staff at this Party City are wonderful. They are always so kind and helpful. Today, the manager generously allowed me to exchange some items that I had purchased but wasn't able to use due to a COVID cancellation even though it was outside of the return period. I greatly appreciate their assistance and accommodation! Thank you!"
