Reviews
"When I visited grocery outlet the Star wars very clean add fully stocked the employees were very nice and respectful how many things to choose from and the prices were great"
"I was pleasantly surprised by this Grocery Outlet, I like walking into a business that employs diverse people, many diverse people at his location and I love it! It really felt like home. I can only give three stars because there is no electric wheelchair for customers. If there were electric wheelchairs, this would be a 5 star review."
"They had some sausage treats that I like for a really low price so I got a lot of them. The store is always clean and organized. You never know what they will have so you should shop often."
"I like most of the products and prices, but unfortunately my experience today was bad enough that I will NEVER be back. My kids and I bought these little light up Halloween decorations last week; 2 worked, but the 3rd one didn't light up. I put new batteries in and flipped the switch, and it started smoking and smelling like burnt plastic. I took it back today but didn't have the receipt anymore, and honestly it was like $2 so I was more interested in letting them know about the issue than in getting my money back. The manager, Jordan, was pretty standoffish and flatly said they couldn't accept any returns without a receipt per store policy. I said OK just wanted to make sure you guys know there's an issue with this product and was going to suggest they just test the ones they have left to be sure there's no danger, but Jordan cut me off, simply saying, "We haven't had any issues with this product." The lady behind us in line asked if we could at least exchange it. Jordan coldly stated while walking away, "no, store policy." And then she was gone. Only shop here if you're OK with the "manager is always right" policy. Jordan was very rude and unapologetic, and the other customers who saw were clearly uncomfortable with her attitude as well."
"Weirdly enough, we first found out about the Grocery Outlet franchise when we were in Northern California during Christmas season a few years ago. I found an amazing green Santa hat there and wore it all season. Then Grocery Outlet came to Allied Gardens which is our next-door neighborhood. Sometimes we ride our bicycles there and carry groceries home in backpacks. Other times we drive the car there because they have great prices on wines and champagnes (those are a bit heavy in a backpack). Although you can never be certain of what types of foods will be in stock from week to week, you can always find something good to eat and/ or snack on. The prices are reasonable, the staff are helpful and friendly. It's nice to have this place so nearby. Wonder if they have any lime green Santa hats....."
