"All I can say is I am so disappointed in this place. I've been taking all my cars to Robert for tires for years. Sending clients family and friends. Today I brought him my 02 suburban to correct an alignment that they did. I will not get into the details but in the end Robert blew it big time. His parting words were"I hope you die!" Lol! When someone gives you the opportunity to fix a problem it's because they still have faith that you can do the work. If you blow it apologize. Instead he blamed my older car (with all new suspension parts btw). He is not a person I would ever trust with tires and alignment. Those are critical systems in a vehicle. Especially if that person can't do the job then wants you to die. I'll be taking my business to someone that values my families life."

"I was referred to VDT and Robert from a mechanic friend after getting insane quotes for BFG K02's for my 4Runner from several other tire shops. Robert not only gave me an incredible deal on the tires, he was even able to get the new K03's for the same price! He was super professional and kept me updated on when the tires would arrive. BFG's are known for being hard to balance, and I did have some bad vibrations initially. But, I went back to VDT where one of the knowledgeable techs (Jose) helped fix the issue quickly! Now the truck runs smooth and the tires are amazing. I would highly recommend anyone looking for tires to head to Valley Discount and talk to Robert. He has a customer for life now! Thanks again."

"This place is so terrible that they pay to remove bad reviews. My wife left a bad review about a year ago explaining her horrible experience with him and it’s no longer there. He became disrespectful when she called him out on his up charges and unnecessary repairs. He realized how stupid he was when she pointed out a few things he said incorrectly. He then because disrespectful out of guilt. What a shame of a place."

"Needed new tires on my Corvette. Talked to Robert who is always very cool when We go in. I decided to go with the Coopers with raised white letters and they look amazing. His guys threw them on the car quickly. I was in and out. Love the look and feel of the car. I’ve also had him do brakes on my BMW and one day I took my RV in to check the tire pressure and he had no issues with having his guys get on it instantly. I highly recommend Valley discount tire."
